How to Request a Return
The intention or need to request a return must always be reported to Teamecommerce in writing.
In order to speed up the processing of requests, we recommend that you use the convenient RETURN FORM and print the PRE-FILLED LABEL.

Upon receipt of the request, Teamecommerce will evaluate it and send a response with acceptance or denial as appropriate, together with detailed instructions on how to make the return.
No return will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing.
Requests for exchange or return must be made at the store where the purchase was made (by producing proof of purchase) and not through the online sales site.
Requirements for reimbursement
All returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in “like new” condition and ready to be resold. They must have all original seals, labels, boxes or wrappers intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered “used” and will therefore be returned to the sender with a charge of transport costs or retained with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The cost of transport for return in case of change of mind (right of withdrawal exercisable within 15 days), as explained in the table, is always borne by the customer who can choose the courier he prefers for the return.
The refund will take place after receipt and verification of the integrity of the product.
In any case, the shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be refunded.
In the event that the customer, at the time of purchase, has taken advantage of free shipping for exceeding 59 euros, the cost (not incurred as an incentive at the time of purchase) of the shipment (9.9 euros) will be withheld from the refund only if the total amount of the goods, not returned (and therefore remaining with the customer), does not exceed the threshold of 59 euros.
